About the Role

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Process Engineer that will be instrumental in transforming our service operations to a modularized platform approach. As our Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for improving service time to market, costs, quality, and customer experience by designing, developing and implementing new or enhanced service processes. Service delivery processes include order management, field operations, technical design and construction management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement new service item specifications and associated delivery processes that meet customer needs and market conditions.
Design and support implementation of digital tools and systems to manage specification and process data.
Act as the focal point for defining and implementing changes to item specifications and delivery processes.
Coordinate training initiatives to support process updates.
Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, determining root causes and applying corrective actions.
Research and development of new processes and technology.
Communicating effectively and building positive relationships with team members, clients, developers, and any other external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a quality/operations/manufacturing or process driven environment.
Experience creating business process maps (BPM) and leading major change initiatives is an asset.
Thorough understanding and application of lean tools and Quality Management practices is an asset..
Master-level proficiency working with Notion and Google Suite tools (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Sheets, Google Drive).
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to think things through to arrive at a solution.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members effectively.
